How we cook

  • We only use raw ingredients! Which basically means that we bake our bread, make our pasta and prepare our almond milk and peanut butter ourselves. You can be sure that your morning granola or protein bar snack were made right in our kitchen. And the same goes for all our sauces and salad dressings.
  • Superfoods are the foundation for our menu.
  • Preparing our meals, we use exclusively organic vegetable oils such as linseed, rapeseed or coconut oil.
  • Our eggs are all free range and come from trusted suppliers.
  • For our protein bars, pancakes and shakes, we choose high-quality whey or hemp protein.
  • We use a masticating juicer for all our delicious freshly pressed juices – it slowly squeezes the juice from fruit and veggies, preventing oxidization and ensuring that all valuable vitamins are kept intact for you to enjoy!

    This diet is based on unprocessed products that offer a wealth of fiber in their high-grain and nutritious content. All meals have low energy density, helping you to forget that you’re on diet and actually enjoy the food.

    Choosing this diet, you get a daily intake of varied meals based on animal products, as well as vegetarian dishes.

    This diet was designed with balance in mind. We created these meals to reduce the total amount of fat without sacrificing the essential fatty acids you’ll find in fish, nuts, avocado and seeds.

    KIK Fit Diet is composed of four meals and one portion of juice. It’s available in three variants: 1200 kcal, 1500 kcal and 2000 kcal.

    KIK Vege Diet is based on plant products, with the exception of fish, eggs and cottage cheese. We took extra care to ensure that you get all key nutrients while keeping true to your lifestyle.

    You won’t find any genetically modified plants like soy and corn in this plan.

    Our legumes and pulses are first soaked and boiled to reduce their phytate level, helping you to better absorb iron and zinc – both key to your well-being.

    This diet is low in saturated fats and cholesterol. Instead, you get lots of fiber, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C and E, folic acid, carotenoids and flavonoids. Just the things you need to stay healthy and energetic!

    KIK Vegan Diet is prepared exclusively with products of plant origin. The only exception is honey, but who could resist its sweet velvety richness?

    This diet is full of antioxidants like kale, pomegranates, goji berries, chia seeds, or black beans.
    It’s characterized by low sodium and high potassium content, ensuring a healthy intake of calories every single day.

    Vegan Diet is low in saturated fats and cholesterol, providing you instead with a wealth of fiber, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C and E, folic acid, carotenoids and flavonoids, as well as plant protein to give you all essential amino acids.

    KIK Vege Diet is composed of four meals and one portion of juice, among which one is a cream. It’s available in three variants: 1200 kcal, 1500 kcal and 2000 kcal.

    * Choosing this diet, remember about B12 and D vitamin supplementation, especially during colder and darker months!

    KIK Power Diet is all you need if you’re up for some intensive training.

    It’s based on products of animal origin like beef, fresh fish, poultry, eggs, and cottage cheese. But you’ll also get your healthy dose of plant protein in legumes, quinoa, wild rice and other ingredients – easily your best source of complex carbohydrates.

    KIK Power Diet is available in three variants: 1800 kcal (four meals and one juice), 2,500 kcal, and 3,000 kcal (both composed of five meals and one juice).

    KIK Detox Diet is just perfect if you’d like to cleanse and balance the pH of your body.

    This diet is high in carbohydrates, and low both in protein and fat. It’s based mainly on products of plant origin, but occasionally we might surprise your with some lean fish, poultry or dairy products.

    KIK Gluten Free Diet will help you to completely eliminate gluten from your life.

    We prepared it specifically for those suffering from non-celiac gluten sensitivity and other autoimmune diseases. But if you simply want to avoid gluten in your daily diet, this plan will fit your needs as well.

    We replaced products containing gluten with their natural counterparts like quinoa, rice, millet, buckwheat, amaranth, rice noodles and organic gluten-free oats.

    This diet is free of industrial products advertized as „gluten free”. We bake our bread, make our pasta and prepare other gluten-free products ourselves.

    KIK Office Diet was created to help nourish you while you’re on the job and don’t want to settle for cafeteria food of questionable quality.

    All meals in this plan are based on complex carbohydrates to provide you with a stable source of energy – just perfect if you’ve got a large project on your hands and need to seriously focus.

    This diet can be composed of meals which are strictly vegetarian or contain animal products. It’s your call, so just tell us what you’d like to eat and we’ll provide you with a complete meal plan that perfectly fits your preferences.

    KIK Office Diet is available in two variants: 900 kcal (juice + 2 meals) and 1200 kcal (juice + 3 meals).
